I like the facial interaction between the Betrayer and him. He clearly tried to keep that angry: "my business" face, but simply can't. Despite the fact he knows he isn't the only one who wants to end this all, he simply can't hide shock in his face. Maybe it was due the fact he knows what force they're facing to and he wouldn't even occur to think, that someone would decide to fight it directly. Or it was the behaviour he encounters. Every time he met someone, they behave cold, fear him, or almost worship him. The part where the Night Sentinels show up to support the Doom Slayer really raises my excitement. It’s like a reunion after they were separated by civil war and betrayal.
