First time I’ve ever screamed with excitement at a suns game. As a Gold Coaster, it’s been so disappointing watching the lack of structure, gameplay tactics and effort over the years, with signs of no improvement, and every good player eventually being snatched up by opposition. The last few games they have played a strong, fast paced handball game through the corridor, and almost seem unmatched in class. Even though they reverted back to their scrappy style and “kick long and hope someone marks wide down the wing” losing tactics today, their effort remained high for the entirety of the game, allowing them to snatch the win in the dying seconds. Since the “star players” have left, the rest of the crew has realised that winning is now on them, to unite as a team, and the vibe is working. They are an exciting young team. Fighting strong till the dying seconds. For the first time EVER I am feeling some belief and excitement, and I can’t wait to attend the next game! This is a great thing for QLD football guys, you are fighting to make AFL big in Queensland now, this is your challenge. Forget the ladder. RISE TO THE CHALLENGE AND WIN THE HEARTS OF QUEENSLAND FANS! BUILD THE FORTRESS NEVER SAY DIE 💪🏽

jeez how was that Jones mark not paid? Umps have got to stop favouring the home team. If you're the away team you need to be better than the home team by 20 points before you start the game as the home team will accumulate at least 20 points from umpire favouritism. I think the same thing happened with the Suns vs Fremantle

Melbourne Railway Videos both players got a hand on it and it's not about the frees that were payed, Suns missed plenty of frees yet still won, plus some of Carltons frees were questionable

Carlton will break through eventually. Never thought I would come out on their side, being a Cats supporter, but they are one the great Melbourne clubs (my first ever VFL game was the 1970 Grand Final) and it's not healthy for the competition if they were ever to go the way of Fitzroy.

Great question, I researched it and found out the last time they scored 100 points was 4th June 2016 Round 11 102-64 against Brisbane at Etihad Meanwhile their last win was 28th July 2018 Round 19 79-44 against Gold Coast at Metricon.
