you are on a quiet forest hike in sweden. you hear the birds, the leaves under your shoes. suddenly a bunch of drunk metalheads in costumes and a cameramen run past you, screaming and singing. everyting is calm again. for a few moments you are a bit confused, but you hike on. short time after, there is an other metalband playing musik in the forest. this is how i imagine hiking in swedens forests.

As a Swede I have to point out that this is completely inaccurate. Unless you are in the southernmost parts of Sweden, most forests are predominantly conifers, so there won't be any leaves to step on. Other than that though, yeah, sounds about right.

They've made this one for Chain-Breaker (Fenrir), and they've made an official lyric video for Hel (still would have preferred an actual music video, but the lyric video is still great), but they haven't made one for Powersnake yet, and I really hope that will be their next one.

Their voice combo is one of my favorite things about this band. I am so incredibly hyped for whenever they release new songs as Emblas Saga was by far my favourite album of 2020. I love how the song is being told the way as Vikings would recount their myths. Orally, as inspiring stories to guide them. And it would make sense that they would all tell the tale together because these would be stories that get passed down generation to generation.

Love the group. Found out about them a few months. Purchased both CDs. Been playing them a lot ever since. I like the unique male vocals. It's not cookie monster. It's aggressive. Can't stand cooking monster vocals, but this isn't that. Good move on this album to feature the female lead singer more. She has a great voice. Fun video.
