I m starting to realiz the actual problem with balancing, is that whenever one faction is winning, whatever they use seem absurdly overpowered, yet underpowered when they are losing.

Because SC2 is very volatile, units clump up together and splash damage is very strong. Most games are decided in 1 or 2 battles.

The variation with the lower stalker count, fast third base and then going with the prism drop while probing up hard is Maxpax and not something he has been doing long ago. Maxpax also didn't copy it from herO (that would be PartinG if you want to choose anyone) because it was a revolutionary approach. Before that the build was considered much more allin.
