You know a few years ago a show ran on TV in South Africa and I think its still on. It had all these stories about people who got massive payouts and squandered it. It included cases of RAF payouts where people were so close to losing their lives. To me it sensationalized this idea of living well off a near death experience. I'm not surprised by the rise in this behaviour.

Those videos are comedy skits on TikTok not real events. Please stop reporting false narratives about RSA. Yes unemployment is bad, you can make the story about that without needless sensationalism. FYI. Road Accident Fund is backed up and takes average like 5 years to process payments without legal intervention. Average payouts have drastically reduced due to its failing financial situation. How would that solve anyones financial issues? 🤷🏾‍♂️
