I love how passionate he is when he plays it. Full of emotions. ❤️ all musicians should feel this when they play instruments or sing. Don’t ever feel shy or feel that people will judge you. Let all your emotions out and be proud of it.

Hi Farah Yahir and greetings from Wales. "Full of emotions. ❤ all musicians should feel this when they play instruments or sing. Don’t ever feel shy or feel that people will judge you. Let all your emotions out and be proud of it." You're exactly correct and you've just solved a mystery for me about my own performing. As a child until I was 13 or so, I was a very accomplished chorister and occasionally sang solo in large diocesan Cathedrals. Whilst I struggled with massive anxiety when in that situation due to being Autistic, nonetheless I managed. Once my voice broke, I stopped singing and was traumatised by the change in my voice and that I could no longer produce that beautiful sound, I vowed never to sing again. In my 50's, (60's now!) I decided that I'd been stupid to not sing for so long as I think I need to sing to be mentally well but unfortunately, I just can't let my guard down enough to even make a decent note and wondered why I was cripplingly anxious when I tried to. You've made me realise that the cassock, surplus and ruff etc, (chorister's robes/uniform) and the 'ban' on being animated whilst singing, I can't let my guard down enough to perform at all. They provided me with a 'mask', and as we all know, Autists need 'mask' to be able to function. Now I can work on that and maybe find another 'mask'. Thanks/Diolch

"That piano is really expensive!" "He isn't wearing shoes!" "He's banging on the keys too hard!" . . Wait a minute. This is awesome. Never mind.

He is pounding too hard, I agree... He has a wonderful Pianissimo, but his Fortissimo is just awful! I love his transcriptions; they are masterpieces!

@@TuffBurnOutTeam Y'know, this is a really underappreciated comment. I mean, yes, it's a masterpiece of an instrument, designed within a very thin tolerance to enable a superior--almost mystical--performance, and from that perspective, it should be treated with respect. However. It was designed with a simple purpose in mind: to make music. This is what that precision, that dedication, and that mastery were geared towards: the performance of music. Thus, if crafting the best performance requires harming or even destroying the piano... well, burn the f#@%er down.

A few years back, my friends were excited that Weezer did a cover of "Africa", in which I was not amused since it's just another popular band bringing back a great song. But this rendition of the song is simply phenomenal! It certainly defines why piano is a percussion instrument!
