The new silencer just looks so much more esthetically pleasing to the eye than the standard wich these days always look bloody awful sounds nice without the baffle too although I guess a ride out will tell ya more enjoy !!😉👍

Do you get any warning codes since the exhaust valve is disconnected? I’m trying to work out if I need to buy an exhaust servo eliminator or I can just leave the servo wired into the bike but not opening/closing anything. Thanks

There are 2 cables that connect the valve on the exhaust to the servo. Just disconnect the cables from the servo and leave it plugged in. Happy days. The bike knows no difference

No as the flapper servo motor is still installed so it thinks it's opening and closing a flap that doesn't exist.

That's the exact can I'm planning on fitting, can't decide on the black or titanium, wondering how difficult the exhaust valve is to refit, looking at the bike it looks like it attaches to the can ?

The black is nice and it goes with my colours.. the valve stays on the old can. You just disconnect it from the servo and reattach the servo buddy so the bike thinks its still got a valve.

Hey Dave.. I got the 300mm as I felt the shorter one just wouldn't look right and I just liked the look of the diablo especially in black against the colours of my bike. Goto the fuel website where you can see the Db of each exhaust with and without baffles. Yeh I would really like the tubeless wheels but would be really expensive I'm thinking. Pity their only standard on the Adventure Sports. Glad this helped.

Not at all with the baffle in but it did seem down on power it out in my opinion.

That valve is the worst thing Honda could have thought of, mine was replaced once under warranty because it got rusted shut and now out of warranty it got rusted shut again, had to remove the muffler and bend the whole valve inwarda inside the can to let air flow as otherwise it's unremovable, gonna get something like this FUEL muffler just so i can let the bike breathe properly without any exhaust restriction.
