Russia has a vast amount of fertilizer which might be able to be sent to some parts of Africa which are starving from malnutrition. If the soil in certain parts of Africa is deprived of nutrition, then we need to rebuild the nutrition in their soil. Waste foods in the African regions can also be collected with trucks and transported and dumped onto nutrition deprived lands. Waste foods are a natural form of fertilizer.

I just watch another video on food prices rising in Africa and they showed you groceries stores with tones of food on it. Why is part of you country starving you have plenty of food just a bad government ship you food form the richer areas to your poor
