Thank you so much for such a deep insight into our culture and history. I have struggled with this for years, changing from Christianity to Islam and I have come to the conclusion that their was not competition for the one God on this Continent. There are many manifestations of the Supreme Being or Beings, be it Ngai from my Kikuyu Background, or Yesu in Ethiopia, or Amun Ra in Ancient Kemet, or all the Orisha's in the Yoruba, as well as all the manifestations of the Devine in Southern Africa. I have come to the conclusion, that we all can't be wrong, as so much power can be seen in our ancient belief system. We have healers, rain makers, prophets, fortune tellers that draw their knowledge and power in this divinity. I honestly think the European was a bit shallow in demonizing what he was unable to understand, now that the evidence is clear that the Greeks plagiarized everything they wrote in their Book from Africa. Give thanks for the insightful teachings beloved Sister. Just minor correction: The Kamau(ancient Egyptians) did not refer to the sun as Ra. That is western egyptologists mistranslation. According to the Kamau, Ra is life force--one of three attributes of Neter(God), that which permeates all of creation. Ra is NTU in Bantu cosmology. Also, Atum is also another attribute of Neter. Atum is the almost invisibility/emptiness yet omnipresence of God. Just a caution to all: Please avoid egyptologists texts when studying KMT. I strongly recommend Ra Un Nefer Amen - Medu Neter volumes as foundational texts. Peace and Ancestral Blessings!
