I have mine in a hanging basket in full sun, regular watering but not soggy and I fertilize weekly with organic fish fertilizer but blooms are small and do not last. lots of green growth and little tiny buds but i will only get flowers very at a time. I think it may need afternoon shade as you suggested for warmer climates so I will change the location. Thank you!

Hi I'm a new subscriber What part of the county you live in? I'm from North Indian Plains...and usually these die in summers but this year i could manage to save them ...but come monsoons... I'm not sure if they would survive so I'm going to shift them where they recieve no rainfall..my query is whether once the weather starts to cool dowm should i prune them? or take cuttings to propagate them into the next season?...
