Welcome to Jamaica African Tigress. I pray your visit will be rewarding and fun filled. There is a lot to see and do. Just a small note: The jerk chicken you had is a tame, retail version of jerk. The real jerk chicken is created not just from the seasonings but also from being smoked on pimento or sweet wood. Island Grill will be able to give you a seasoned jerk tasting chicken but you would need to go to Scotchies, Sweetwood or Pork pit or Boston Portland for authentic jerk chicken.

I'm not sure it's even the largest in the English Speaking Caribbean. I think it's Trinicity Mall. When I do a google search of Largest mall in the English Speaking Caribbean Trinicity mall shows up.
