This is so heart warming and amazing.. finding this video. I grew up in West Africa eating most all of those herbs 🌿 plants and foods Ras Papa introduces us to. From Cassava. cassava leaf, bitter leaf, gotu kola, hibiscus, blue vervain, wild yam, stinging nettles, milk thistle, wild mint. I still have a relationship with all of them today. We have cassava in the Philippines but I did not know the leaves can be cooked and has healing properties. A new business idea, how about exporting those medicinal plants to the West around the world... same tropical climate countries perhaps already have those medicinal plants.
