It takes more energy to turn water into fuel then what you get out of it. If you use batteries to turn water into hydrogen, then use that combustion to power the batteries and turn more water into hydrogen, it won't run for long. The batteries are required and will run out.

The device passes the waves over a piezoelectric material, which generates a current that can be converted into direct current
