Sometimes I leave this overnight and I’ll shampoo in the twists, I normally will pre rinse all the gel I had in my hair first then apply the orange shampoo to remove a lot of the shed hair and then shampoo in twists and my hair is detangled for the shampoo, deep conditioning and styling part if I keep all my twists in tact
