I am from a Caribbean inland,on school we use ,to our grandma's house,and that's exactly how it was😊cooking outside on a cold pot, roasting ripe breadfruit and ripe bananas.etc. I really miss those days.❤❤❤

Thank you for sharing I love the way the women are so selfless making sure everyone else eats first I can be quite lazy in UK you can buy sachets of porridge pilut it in microwave for few minutes it's done or cook it on the hob add fruit peanut butter and honey etc thanks for sharing have a lovely day 😊❤

Hey man, I don't understand what you mean by "lifestyle very sad". I am African living in Australia. In here it a different lifestyle and I don't think in here people are happier. African with their lifestyle are some of the happiest people in the world. That is the most important.

What is the Yellow food they are eating with the partridge? Since there are many natural fruit trees in your village do you ever add fresh fruits to your partridge?

It's like a donut, it's called mandazi or mandazi. Most people in the village unfortunately don't have the knowledge of the nutritional benefits of foods, they will eat that which is more filling and easily available.
