Self esteem is something earned in the real world. (Although the current generation of western people think they are born with it)Ssuna will be proud and strong at his skills and muscles. Working clay with the feet is also very good for the body.

Is it called earthing?
@greenman45082 ай бұрын
@@AnnieKeera well yes, actually I wasn’t thinking of the grounding effects but there’s much easily demonstrated science to the “earthing “ practice. I was thinking about the strength of feet, the flexibility and tenon building. Modern shoes have really weakened the human foot and the lower leg potential. I’m thinking this family is pretty grounded in general, no electricity and living with hands on stone and soil. Still, cell phones are bad for us and I bet the ancient art of mashing clay really discharges those positive ions.

Hello Mr. Green man am so sorry for late replies sometimes I meditate on comments before reply and others I like to see them am not ignoring besides that currently I have too much load on my shoulder but just know we appreciate the knowledge you share with us

@@villageandbeyond please never feel pressured dear Jackie 💚🙏🏻. I’m just supporting the channel as I can and don’t expect anything. Take your time or don’t feel the need to respond. I wish for your load to not overwhelm you and pray for your blessings and bounty. It’s bittersweet to see immaculate again. I keep her in my thoughts and prayers.
