The dry okra-based sauce is called djoumblé, and can be accompanied by kabato, which is maize flour, or foutou banana (which is a mixture of cassava and banana), or rice, or placali (crushed cassava paste), or foutou yam, or even foutou cassava. And also the sauce can be cooked alone or with palm oil.
