I just found your youtube channel. I really like the review format with these more recent reviews, and its really enjoyable to see you both actually cook through the book. Very relatable that you leave the points of struggle (or just mess ups) in rather than remove. Keep up the great work! I have to imagine I will watch all few content. Also, I have significant overlap with your cookbook shelves and would be happy to recommend new books (to review or not) if you are looking for recommendations
