We need details, a lot of details! My dad (a Black Man) was a Marine that was drafted during the Korean War in 1952, he never saw combat, but he was able to use his GI Bill Benefits to get his Masters Degree I'm wondering how my Pop was able to use his GI Bill Benefits in the mid 1950s after the Korean War, yet your grandfather wasn't able to - MY GUESS is he was located in a segregated state in the Jim Crow South If the above was true - many Southern Jim Crow States would pay for Black soldiers that had earned GI Bill Benefits to use their GI Bill Educational Benefits at Colleges up North or out West My guess is that it wasn't THE US GOVERNMENT, but the local Jim Crow Segregated Southern State that blocked your grandfather's educational benefits, since those colleges were still Segregated (once again I'm just guessing out loud) I'd like to hear these details of how your Grandfather's GI Bill Educational Benefits were blocked - making those kind of claims requires some detailed explanations

Yes! Many of you, continental Africans do feel superior. I have experienced it DIRECTLY particularly with the Nigerians’ ethnocentrism and ethnonationalism while having nothing to show for it in Nigeria proper. They brag about their achievements as “black excellence” in the west or within the context of western white institutions while they are not willing to build that same success in Nigerian institutions in their own country. Being successful in white institutions is tokenism that does not benefit the majority of folks who look like them.

I didn’t take it personal and I didn’t develop a hatred or prejudice. Even as an adult, sometimes black Americans treat me different when they find out I’m African. But that’s a minority. We as children called each other all sorts of names, that included that. So, what you were called was nothing different from what we were joking and calling each other. The problem is a lot of your people seemed to not understand the concept of 'The Dozens'. So some of you grew up angry about actions, not saying you, that children did, when to those children thought it was just a game and they expected you to insult them back.

Thank you Phil. From South Africa here. I appreciate the work you do and how you speak because you are debunking negative stereotypes among black people. What you are saying about triablism is very powerful. A black American needs to know that they have back-up in Africa, Jamaica, Bahamas and so on. A Ugandan needs to act with confidence knowing that they have support of all African people. We as black people do not realise that the fact that white people all over the world hate Africans is testimony of how hey back each other up globally. Look at how they immediately felt sympathy for white immigrants following the Kievet, Russia issue while they illtreated Africans during the same incident on the other hand.

Lady, I understand her frustration with the behavior of some African brothers & sisters, but lets keep it real. Sub-Sahara Africa has 1.2 billion people. According to the migration policy institute as of 2020, only 2.1 million Sub-Saharan Africans lived in the USA out of a total immigrant population of over 45million. India, has 5.4million, China 4.8million. Salvador (pop. 6.5million) has about 2.4million immigrants in the USA. So stop saying "the majority of you all come from Africa to America." Most immigrant brothers & sisters I know have 2 homes, one in USA/UK/EU/South America & one in Africa. And many of them have no issues with their diaspora brothers & sisters, so please stop the narrative of trying to put all in one hand-basket.

I think ONE African was called a booty scratcher & a hundred others adopted the story as their own 😅Because most of my life 👉🏾 I was infatuated with Africa & Africans, they seemed smart with knowing multiple languages & getting into colleges so easily... I fell for the propaganda of Flat Black & going back home to the Motherland 👀 But after we began delineating & FBA's started telling their stories about how some (a lot) in the Diaspora, make us feel less than & not really liking us 🤨then I started to reflect on my own uncomfortable experiences 😮‍💨 I've been in & out of the hood my whole life (now, back in)..there's always been wiggers & hispanics being placed here, but I've only seen 1 African family & 1Jamaican in my hood & that wasn't for long 🤔

Here again we the Black American at the forefront of the parade for justice and peace after savaged and relentless massacre of the Palestinians People by the Israeli soldiers. It is we who always rise to the injustice and the harassment of Black People around the world, not that we are looking to the I'll treatment of Black People or degradation of any other group of people but the past history of our people and our journey always sparkle a ready fight for injustice.
