The value of American aid remains in America. It never really benefits the people, in real terms. So, them taking it away really does not make that much difference. 1. If they cancel AGOA we cancel the acid washed injected chickens they forced us to import. 2. If they cancel Pepfar we get the drugs from India way cheaper and without paying in dollars. 3. Germany was the major beneficiary and created jobs in South Africa, but since they had already built a plant in the US to make cars there, whereas they used to make all the cars here for the US market… 🤷‍♀️
