Very enlightening. I'm from the Caribbean and I've heard from my grandmother that we are "Jewish." I'm told that this has been repeated for several generations. Didn't take deeper thought until lately because my perception of being "Jewish" was a European one for many yrs and couldn't understand then how it applied to my black ancestors.
