Get your documents regularized before living either decent or questionable lifestyle. He became popular without having legal immigration papers to stay in the UK, making it so difficult for him to regularize his papers again, cos he was already living in the UK illegally.

He’ll be deported. But if he decides to go via ECHR, he will have to exhaust all the hierarchical tiers of courts in the UK up to the Supreme Court of the UK, that is if it’s necessary. That’s when he can proceed to the ECHR ( European Court of Human Rights) in Strasbourg France. And the filing and hearing is not automatic.
