Half of provisions in the administration of criminal justice (ACJA) 2015) have all been violated by the state. I as a lawyer, if I take this case to court against someone, do you think it will be given this type of attention. I wonder why the Lagos State Attorney General did not pursue this case since Dele Farotimi is a Lagos State resident and tax payer. I expect him to take the case up with IGP and the Osun State government for underming his office and for illegal arrest of his resident. If the government does not officially notify Chief Afe, why does he need to be asking third party ? The supreme court ruled and it was served to everyone. If lagos government decide to go against the ruling of a supreme court, then hold that state government for the offence. Afe had the right to sue that manipulations and he did win. Dele Farotimi insisting that the actions of lagos state government going against the court ruling is the legal action , is the crime. Dele and his sponsors are the real liars here. Afe fighting for execution of supreme court ruling is the right thing

The effrontery to spew out words like "the Lagos state issued certificate of occupancy on lands still in dispute amazed me. The fact that the Lagos state intercepted a Supreme Court decision by giving out a remedial alternative to the favoured party is also alarming. I hope the Lagos state government knows that someone can still contest ownership of the land if they can substantiate the Supreme Court ruling in the future regarding this matter?

What is this man saying? You said and i quote " I have to compromise the supreme Court judgement " So what is different from what farotimi said? You compromised the judgement with influence to secure the land against supreme court judgement after wasting a lot of tax payers money. Again Lagos state government was issueing C of O on land whose case was on trial, so where is farotimi wrong? Wikileak specifically mention the same Afe Babalola in another case of procuring judgement with money for a governor in the north, so what are we trying to hide. You can defeat farotimi with your corrupt influence but he already won in the court of morality and in the mind of every sane Nigerians including. I will never beleive in anay judgement from any nigeria court or by any lawyer or whatever till i die.
