Fun to watch. Just a note for next time. That is called a spring form cake pan. You don't have to remove the cake from the pan. Open the mechanism completely and the sides (the round part) will come right off leaving the cake sitting on the flat round bottom part of the pan. You can leave the cake on that plate and finish making the cake. You can serve it from that plate or remove the plate later once the cake cools. Sorry I was smiling a little watching you trying to knock the cake out of the pan like you did. I understand you are not experts with such a pan. LOL! Next time it will look better. 😊

Make sure next time you follow the recipe you can used a table spoon to do your measurements if you you don't have a measuring cup I think the recipe said water or milk not water and milk. I love your oven

Put the icying sugar in a bowl only add a little water or milk a little lemon juice mix up mix enough to spread or glaze

Next time whip the cream in a bowl or pan, using the fork to mix. Stir until light and fluffy.

You added too much liquid. Add less next time and allow to cool before you remove cake from pan. Also put less liquid in icing and ice a thoroughly cool cake.
