at minute 5:57 ... he should have said "...and from here, your bigger kids will have the best views of the neighbors bedroom..." It is a nice house, bathroom tiling as usual is where everything falls apart however, I want to thank him for showing the actual sizes of the rooms unlike an earlier tour guide who used an extremely short focal length, making the rooms seem bigger.

12 , it's worth the amount. Would I buy it? no. Bedrooms are to close, my wife is very passionate if you know what I mean .. children should never hear your business. Master should have gotten a bigger washroom. But all in all, it looks homely and cosy...I would buy it as an investment not my home.
