Assalamualaikum Zainab and Mahdi. If Zainab wants to gain weight, she cn do so by eating healthy food options, otherwise she is perfect as she is. When i first moved to America from Asia, and started eating american food, i started getting sickly due to the processed sugars and oils. Do be mindful, as health is everything. Saying this, as i was diagnosed with autoimmune while i was there as i was not very aware then. Nothing but love from a fellow sister from Singapore
