@@princemahajan3214 Karthick never performed to be honest. Whenever he got a chance he didnt do much, especially in ODIs. He was lucky to play tests for India, he was never a good batsman, even at school cricket he was just average

@@sachin265 An average batsman could not have been your highest run getter playing as an opener in the 2007 ENG test series win when he was just 22. He opened one test in SA as well with great success. In 10 tests as opener he averaged 41 which is very good. He has won many games in T20 format. Our 1st T20 in SA, Nidhas, Sydney and many more. In ODI's he was MOM in Asia Cup Final 2010. Decent with bat in 2013 CT. Involved in a great stand with Tendulkar in 2010 against SA. MOM at Cuttack against WI when all failed. He did get his chances but sadly he was never given a long run like others like Raina and Rohit. DK was just overshadowed by MSD and there is no wrong accepting that. MSD was better but had DK been in another country he would have easily played atleast 70 tests.
