Love. I just started doing 3-strand twistouts on myself and I love the results. Fuller an more like an old telephone cord pattern than the 2-strand twistouts. If I'm ever in ATL I already told AHG I'm coming through so I can get cute like Toni :-P

for my hair to look more voluminous I have to use two strand twists. Whereas 3 strand twists actually keep my hair more defined and in control And with less frizz. Also, unlike AHG I think it takes just the same amount of time to do 3 strand twists as it does with 2 strands

Penelope416 Some people's hair are more susceptible to splits than others. Anything can cause splits: brushing, combing, blow drying, old age, dry hair, hard water, dry air, baking soda, ph imbalance, etc. Those with finer hair get splits more easily than those with coarse hair simply because fine hair is thinner, weaker, and has less cuticle layers for protection. Protein treatments won't prevent splits from happening. Protein treatments are for people with either severely damaged hair, chemically processed hair, or over-moisturized hair. Her hair is in good moisture protein balance. If she adds more protein to her hair, she would actually being doing more harm than good.
