Her father was a professional thief who taught jill everything he knew before he got busted and sent to prison. She followed in his footsteps for a time before becoming a cop She tried to get people out of the city during the outbreak (before the game started) only to come back and find out they all got butchered by zombies in a high school gymnasium so she’s got some motive. So it looks like when you downed him with the barrels he dropped a case and within the case maybe the magazine upgrade for your gun. Every time you encounter him down hin to get an gun upgrade or ammo in the first stage anyway.

The first time he chases you after the power station you get the Extended mags for the G19, and if you down him when you get back to the mainstreet front of the donut shop. You get a Silencer for the G19 which suppresses noise and increases crit chance. 3rd time is in a pseudo boss fight before you board the subway he drops some shot gun shells. Fourth time he drops flame rounds,not worth wasting ammo on him after the two upgrades.

Afro, Jill is one of the OG survivors from RE1 and was originally a cop and then afterwards she became a member of S.T.A.R.S which was a special detective unit and Jill wanted to do research on the umbrella corp. Who are responsible for pretty much the main antagonist of the franchise. Nemesis is after Jill because he was created to kill all the S.T.A.R.S members cuz they thought they knew too much. After Jill found out they were responsible she committed herself to bringing down Umbrella. So yes I can confirm that Jill is indeed "A Bad Bitch"
