Seth Terwilliger sadly no, I’ve been in contact with my nearby host school. Really trying to get into the program this coming fall. Pretty much stay up watching videos about rotc all night lol. Hopefully nothing gets too held up because of corona.

I'm going in June. How often is PT? I've heard various answers
@SethTerwilliger5 жыл бұрын
So it varies depending on your staff. Some flights do it every day some every other day. But regardless, you need to be prepared. The official pt test is day 2 at 445 am ish so start getting up early to run etc. If this answers your question please subscribe and share:)

@@SethTerwilliger What would happen if one failed the field training PT test?
@SethTerwilliger4 жыл бұрын
You would get 1 more chance to take it and then would be sent home. At least that's what they did when I went. I think now you get an unconditional or bad mark on your record and are one step from going home

How do cadets get flight suits?
@lizolney74743 жыл бұрын
At my det usually you get flight suits after you receive a rated slot (which normally you would find out the end of your junior year which would translate to you wearing them your senior year.

They honestly thought it was easier. Like it was only 18 days lol. More of like all the yelling and team building. ROTC is where you get the Air force knowledge so they don't focus on that at training

If there was one thing you wish you knew going into Field Training, what would it be?
@SethTerwilliger5 жыл бұрын
That it's ok to fail. Like Field Training is an environment where it is designed for you to fail. They are testing you on how you handle that failure and how you can lead others through a situation knowing that you all may fail. Have an open mind! FT is what you make of it. If you go down with a bad attitude you'll always have one. And lastly, everything is team oriented. Don't try to do everything by yourself ask your flight for help. Please subscribe and share :)
