I got onboarding on Nov 25 2022 noida but due to health issues I was unable to join at that time.But after some months I send alot of messages to hr after that he replied that my position is filled with other candidate. I have medical certificate regarding this please help me sir

If interviewer(hr final round) tells that you'll get to know about results in 1-2 days and we still don't get results after 1-2 days does it mean we are rejected?
