One more thing to add- if you are fresher and you failed to Clear technical round in first attempt, manager may give you second chance, depending on Project availability. I have experienced it At HCL Lucknow. Thank you Bhaiya for answering every single doubt of ours 🙏

I have seen this video and it helped me to understand the selection process. The exact same process is followed in the company in which I applied. I applied on 16 Jan 2024 for the role of Graduate Trainee. Given, introduction round on 25 Jan. Shortlisted for the next round and given versant online test on 3rd Feb. I cleared the versant online test and shortlisted for the next round which is technical online interview. I cleared technical online interview which was taken on 10 Feb 2024. And, then shortlisted for the HR interview. Today, i.e. (12 Feb 2024) given the HR interview.

They can ask any question because they just want to test your communication. Try to answer in English only. They will ask general questions only from your resume or they can ask any Sanrio base questions and i am not sure for that.

Sometimes first round is versant round but only if you are giving your interview from Home/Virtual. You you will give the interview from Walkin then you will have to give first round as an introduction round.

Communication panel means there will be a panel who will check your communication and they will ask questions only to check your communication. Prepare your resume content because they will ask mostly questions from your resume.

No. After Technical you will get directly hr call for documentation. It will take 1 or 2 weeks
