No problem while you purchase a new chain sprocket . Take it to any machine to give them a sample of small sprocket and manfrature it. Maximum it will coast rs 1000 per 1 quantity. Suggest them material should be in EN 19 it will be a long life.

I am sorry but I don't understand Hindi. If you understand English could you, please respond to this post in English. What problems have you had with your 650? In the video I saw you playing with the chain. Did it stretch excessively? Did you have to change any of the brake pads? Have you had any electrical issues? Would you recommend buying this bike or is it junk?

I just saw the video and from recall memory......He has mentioned that there is lot of friction with the chain sprocket and the chain gets loose every 2500 kms or so & also there is lot of accumulation of dirt in the sprocket. Regarding brake pads he said that they wear out quite fast, in some cases within 2500 kms & the replacement cost for the brake pads (front & rear) costs around Rs 5000/- for both. Also the stock seat is quite uncomfortable for long rides. If you replace it with the touring seat then its fine. The headlight is very poor, hence he has installed aftermarket lights on both sides. Overall he likes the bike although there are some major issues as mentioned above, for which you have to do some workaround solutions.

Excellent review of the bike. However you have not mentioned anything about the rear suspension and the ride quality. In one of your Ladakh videos you had mentioned that you could feel every pothole on the road. Is it very jerky and does it hit your lower back badly? Can someone who has a back problem ride this bike?

Royal Enfield reduced quality..Mai to Scram 411 se dukhi ho gaya itni ghatiya bike banayi hai ki mai har din kuch na kuch dikkat me hi rhta hun..kbhi corne set ki problem kabhi kisi sensor ki problem and ab interesting baat ye hau ki company ne throttle body hi galat daal di jiski wajah se sabhi bike bar bar band hoti hai ab sabki throttle body change ki ja rhi hai.
