Nah. When they got backlogged, they started getting more strict. They seem to have lifted that tho recently. His cards were graded last year. They are nearly 8 mil now and his are like 6.3 mil. My cards from my childhood just got back from a regular sub and they me very nice grades

Rusty I’m trying to figure out if there is a topsun blue back meowth with the no number error because I own the green and the blue with the number but I can’t find a single one without the number and I’m not sure if it actually even exist if it does please let me know I’m trying to get every meowth card I possibly can and if it exist I need too find one so I can complete the regular topsun meowth collection thank you in advance! Watched it all the way through! So far, in my experience, cards that don't come back in high grades from PSA generally have a crease or specific reason for that grade. And yes, they are very harsh with the grading now, which can help or hinder collecting some of these sought after cards.

So they took longer then usual, because of the Ludkins Situation. Ludkins couldn't pay PSA what was due and Barney ( Head of Ludkins) Completely left the internet and submitters with them basically had no way of getting them back. PSA and The Sub Center (UK Middleman) stepped up and took control and helped her peoples submission back and they just have to pay for shipping, even if they didn't pay Ludkins. PSA has them all ready to go over a year ago but due to Ludkins not paying and then finding out who's submissions who that's why it took so long for people who are not familiar with the situation
