Alex, you just hold the tier-3 to the max. I think there will be a spike in his damage. The 5th skill you just cancel it when you land. I know you just test cap but I think he has more potential. I have a lot of fun playing with cap. His Tier-3 which everyone hate, is the only thing that is actually unique to the character which is why I think I'm the only one loving it.

You also missed cap has super armor in his T2 passive as well as his T3. Give him a Guard break fire damage proc obelisk and he cannot be guard broken at all. Makes me wonder about greed in him that or destruction as they are the only ctp’s with any damage increase. With The guard break he RUNS THROUGH MEPHISTOPHELES RED RING without getting stuck. It’s an interesting mechanic that I’ve only seen with captain A Triple O.G.

I’ve been using cap for Mephisto the last few days. Stage 30 requires morbius to unlock so I’ve been using cap lead with morbius and task master to clear it. Using an energy so he can definitely work with a proc

Yes, Cap can work with an Obelisk! I has him Lv 70 gears 25 for 2 years and never T3 him cos there was always some new better combat to used the books on, but now i jumped into him on the first day after seeing your first Cap video and Beast video. I have 13% Pierce, and 100% both Physical and Energy attack, and he cleared Knull Stage 9 without any leadership or support with a 200% proc. With Mystique Support, with clear that stage with 2:30 minutes left... Edit: worth mentioning, his Leadership is good too, cos he gains 30% HP, which is what his T3 skill is based on, so, the more HP he has, the more he can accumulate.

I was very excited when Cap got T3. It was a new skill, super cool. But after using the skill, I realised that It's so inconsistent and I never touched him again. I bought some of his uni, but same problem. Still he has same T3 skill. It’s an easy skip for me. It breaks my heart that I can't use cap. But I just can't take it. I'll never build any characters with damage taken skill (Unless they have skills like sharon. Easy to get the accumulation)

i think energy is better on him or 200 proc obe as rage uses dodge for proc and with too much dodge, he is dodging attack and couldnt accumulate enough
