singed is a complex character that requires micro decisions on the fly. You won't be able to fling someone properly to get the stun unless they allow you in a lot of match ups.

as a swain player since s10, i feel you. Really glad haunting guise is back, and that you can stack the amp from haunting guise, liandry and riftmaker. im happy to finally have a good first item choice with durability and damage that SCALES into mid and late game too. WE HAVE GOOD BUILDPATHS TOO. Riftmaker out of codex and haunting guise is an absolute dream. I'm happy they made omnivamp a pvp stat, and that it's actually good on AOE. omnivamp is finally healthy! hopefully they will do the same to lifesteal. sucks when enemy autos minions to make up for bad decisions. Overall very happy with the changes riot has made. even if there will be a process of balancing these in the coming weeks/months, this is the right direction.

Very strong all around now. Not the most damage or the tankiest but like just STRONG all around and it makes Singed very hard to deal with if you macro correctly and chose engagements properly. 5.5 kda in a game like that is impressive. Nobody else even got 4. Their whole team was afraid to push.

I think what people are going to have to get used to, and you see him struggling with it, is that an early lead doesn’t mean you 1v9 anymore. They’ve taken most of the snowball out of the game. You can’t force fights or rush the ending like you could.

He wouldn't have. Singed poison has 90% ap ratio from the moment you leave it to the moment it fades. Elise lived with 78 hp. Amp tome wouldve given 18 damage before MR, which is not nearly enough.

As a top lane enjoyer since S2, it feels really nice to actually have options again. I took Jax top the other day and absolutely abused the poor Mordekaiser. The AP items are pretty strong too so I built a couple burst items and then went tanky. Mundo's very strong against AP tops with Kaenic too. Teemo's usually a lane bully nightmare and I walked right through his shrooms to go point blank q him in the head. I'm so happy that I actually get to have fun for two weeks, until mid and bot inevitably bitch top lane into irrelevance again. The new support items are strong as fuck too.

its defnietly the cheaper option but only gives half the flat MS and doesnt offer the slow resist so i guess its best when you have other champs that need ms more then you and the enemy doesnt have giga slows
