After A Traffic stop, fixing electric ⚡ tail lights and Brake lights not working.

something up with fuze box or plug there at fuze box, key off power is on box. not supposed to be. when I hook up tail lights and brake lights fuzes pop. when I move a fuze the clock came on and gauge pod lighted up. then gauge dies, lites go off and clock slowly dies. This pin the flaming River column plugs into it. The lights go to this pin 📌 run thru OEM harness to adapter harness to the steering wheel. The neutral safety and reverse light switch run thru , B& m mega shifter and the Mico switches.
