Very good, my dear friend @@kamyabpk4820. I have even said many times: Walking barefoot can be addictive. But a healthy addiction. Examples: when it's very hot outside, what do you do to cool off? You drink cold water (or juice, tea or beer). And if it's cold, a hot tea or coffee (not hot water). But if you are sad, or have a headache, what will you do? You will swallow a medicine. Or better, more natural, you will walk barefoot through the grass. Even though I was a pharmacist for 37 years, I prefer natural medicines. So I will go barefoot, of course. The more, the better !!! 🦶🏼🦶🏼👍🏻 Good luck 🍀 ❗

i ran to the beach, thank goodness a kind Mister gave me shoes to come back. he offered a car ride, but I had to swallow my ego, I had to promise myself I can come back as planned, I had to go thru the pain and endurance, the shoes helped a lot, plus some cloth I found nearby. Lesson learned. I mean without the shoes tho, i'd suffer even more, but then again, I deserve it, for me foolishness and the need to know how. To know what I can endure, since I did not put myself thru the academic test, I could at least persevere the labour test... this is day 5 of resting, and I would assume after 3 more days, I would try to repeat going barefoot again, but I do not know tho, this time. I should plan ahead after experiencing such immediate impulses.

There’s a complicated multi-raffle system. Once you obtain your ticket, you’re entered into a pool with other prospective winners for a chance to win a separate ticket with four different dates and times of potential release. After correctly finding the drop date, you’re then allowed to buy on a first come, first served basis. However, you must camp outside of the shop in a sleeping bag and tent with other winners. All feet are hand measured by robots at the store to ensure you aren’t lying about your shoe size. No returns, holds, or shipping available. Prices subject to change with no rationale. No refunds. No service animals allowed within two meters of the product. All winners must register their pair through the shop registry to ensure no pairs are resold on various marketplaces. The kicks are not eligible for gifting to another person, even if the robot determines you have the same size of foot after a triple blind DNA test to prove you aren’t gifting the product to a potential clone of yourself.

Humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi. Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues !

While wearing bad/to small shoes can hurt it doesent make that much of a difference in the long run to have proper shoes instead of going barefoot. In the summer i sometimes go barefoot and yes the skin on your feet does get thicker and more durable but it becomes very inconvinient to have to watch out for sharp rocks and nails on the ground and (it snows in the winter where i live so thats alwo a problem). Also my foot does all the stuff shown in this video and i almost always wear shoes outside.

This Information might be nice for some ... But If you have a high arch you absolutely need the arch support.. Walking barefoot or with flip flops all the time can give these folks severe problems !

You've been going out barefoot for 6 months straight? Have you cut it alot. Also this video doesn't show any benefits, I can move my toes how you did.
