What should be the process if we don't want a new ticket to be created everytime we update the incident instead the same ticket should be updated ?

Then do coding taking care of that specifc record using the record sys_id

@@BasicoServiceNowLearning i have applied after BR insert and update state is on hold var Assign to=current.assigned_to; var Description=current._description; var probobj=NewglideRecord('problem'); probobj.assign_to=Assign to; probobj._description=Description; probobj.insert(); gs.addinfomessage(probobj.number+"prob.tickiyt has been created through incident record"); here i have mentioned only 2 fields that is assign to and description.
