My experience was brief but I’ll never forget it. I was taken to the light briefly, and I say taken, because there was someone with me but I wasn’t scared. Everything was bright and white. It was just long enough to feel the most peaceful feeling I’ve ever felt in my life.. I can’t put it into words. While I didn’t see my family members like others, I know it was God who blessed me with a brief glimpse of heaven. I’m not scared to die. I know that the feeling I felt for the brief time is only the beginning of the eternal life, Jesus promised if we except him as our Lord and Savior.

I can attest to the fact that post death experiences are VERY REAL. My heart stopped for 5 mins,when i was 29..I was unconscious at the time. Yet i was able to recall slipping away/being dragged down into the hospital bed..Then a massive rush of lightness/i was above myself looking down watching myself/the doctors etc. It was an extremely peaceful feeling. Until my heart was restarted,and then i felt a huge rush and then heaviness upon being concious again. I was able to relay every action to my partner who was in the room. (Not typically allowed,but he was a nurse there that night!) The human body/soul is incredible. And i pay no attention to those who may dismiss my experience,as it was 100%real

Just brain synapses firing. You were never dead. If you are really a nurse you would know that. The word dead is defined as all body functions cease. At no point in your experience was your brain dead. Yes your heart temporarily stopped but your brain was still functioning at 99.9% during this time because it didn't lack any/all O2 for a minimum of 6 minutes. If someone has brain death where their brain has zero O2 for at least 6 min and completely ceases all functions and electrical activity and the brain actually starts to decay (ya know, die). Then that person comes back to life with stories it would be interesting. However in the history of man that has never happened.

I've read a couple of books on this phenomenon and I believe one of the people in this trailer wrote one of the books I read. It was the lady, and if it is the person I think it is, she's a medical doctor and her kayake capsized, trapping her under the water where she died and experienced heaven. The amazing thing about this and other NDAs that I;ve read about is that people who experience heaven in this way dont want to come back, they always want to stay. And these are people with husbands/wives and children. Thats how incredible heaven is, in comparison this life and this world are nothing.

Hi. Having had an NDE myself when I was 3, I think I can speak to this. LIfe on Earth, no matter how wonderful, is full of pain. Lots and lots of hurt and fear and disgust and hunger and discomfort, etc. And it's temporary. And, to the best of my understanding, we come back. Again and again. So, being on the Other Side, is full of light, so much light we don't see others there so much as feel/sense them, amidst all the light. There's no pain, there's infinite ease. It's just our Other State of being. Wanting to stay there makes all the sense in the world in the moment. I was told I had to go back to life on Earth. That I "wasn't done" there. I cried and cried and cried. I was 3. So, I came back, and I've had an amazing life. And I've come back to let people know that death is nothing we need be afraid of. In many ways, it is, indeed, a relief. But, all of consciousness is focused here, on the living world. Every soul wants to get in. Because what happens here, changes everything. The future is born here. And all of consciousness wants to be a part of it. Anyways. So, yeah, life is good, and wanting to stay on the Other Side is a pretty natural reaction to being there. But, to your point, life here is certainly not nothing. To the folks on the Other Side, it's everything. Kinda paradoxical, innit?

My grandmother was in a coma, on life support after suffering a heart attack. They had her like that until I got ther so I could be there with the rest of the family so they could pull the plug. It took me two days to get there in bus from nyc to Tampa. I left on Good Friday and arrived on Easter Sunday. She had the stroke Thursday. When we got to the hospital and finally they let me in her room. I cried when I saw her with all the machines and tubes hooked up in her. The nurses asked if we were ready. My aunt said yes that’s the granddaughter and I said “mommy” and left the room crying and went across to the chapel that was right in front of her room that I didn’t realize it was a hospital chapel. When I hear screams and nurses yelling and I see them running around and Drs running in my grandmothers room. She woke up! She said couldn’t die in front of me! She said she was floating over her body and saw family coming in and out visiting her and praying over her. She said two dead family members that came to meet with her. After that I believe in after life, I believe so much. She said detail information especially said what one person wore during a prayer and that she didn’t like his shirt. She lived for two years after that🙏🏽 I got to spend two more years with her . And yeah, I told her that her daughter, my aunt was trying to pull the plug on fast for the life insurance!

@@johnmichaelson9173 I know you didn’t ask me this question. But I’m compelled to answer you. Because what was once Bible prophecy is now in our daily headlines. Thousands of years ago when Jesus Christ was still alive in human form on Earth, His disciples came to Him and asked Him to tell them when He would be returning. What would be the signs of the end of the world. They asked these things because they didn’t want to miss out. He told them the things to look for and how they would know we are getting close. This passage is found in the book of Mathew, chapter 24. The world is running out of time to turn their lives over to God, repent (turn away from their sins) and ask God into their lives. To believe in and accept the sacrifice that Jesus did at the cross of Calvary for the world’s sins, past present and future. . Every day, more and more prophecy is being fulfilled. Don’t take my word for it. Ask God to reveal these things to you. And He will. I hope that answers your question. This movie looks amazing! I read the book of Don Piper. I really hope that the movie makes it loving clear,that there is life after death for everyone. But that Jesus is the only way to get to Gods presence after death: heaven. I say this because Jesus came from heaven to die for our sins cause he really wants us to be with him in eternity. He loves us so much that he don't want to miss us and he really wants to save us from hell. His blood is to precious to deny this fact: The Lord Jesus Christ is the only way to the father, the only door to heaven.

I believe I probably died. I saw a woman I'd never seen when it happened. Nobody, and I do mean that, nobody since then, was as happy to see me, as she was. I'm 53 now. She was ecstatic to see me, the look on her face, the smile was so amazing. I remember her JOY, and her vibrancy. I don't remember exactly what her facial features looked like, I mainly just remember her JOY!, long dk brn hair, very beautiful ! About 46 years later now, and nobody has been that happy to see me since. Lol Later I found out, my dad's only sister, passed away, when HE was that age. She passed away with a very high fever. She had long dk brn hair, very beautiful. She used to protect my dad from the cold when he was little, so he wouldn't catch a fever, when thieves would steal the coal. She cuddled him, and they could see their breath.

Yep, I keep trying to explain to atheists, Christians who only follow the Bible, and anyone that NDE's are real. There's been 100's of millions of NDE's that have occurred to people over the last 2400 years. One of the earliest of note is the "Story of Er" (Plato talked about this) about a soldier who died in battle and was laying on a funeral pyre for TEN DAYS. His body didn't decompose like the other corpses did around him. People witnessed this, then after 10 days, he sat up suddenly and walked away. He spoke of his experience he witnessed and was sent back to talk about it. Now that we have more and more ways to restart people's heart, and now that we're closer to the "End Times", we're being allowed to hear of more and more of these experiences. There's NDE's from blind people, blind their whole life, and they die for a moment on the operating table. They come back and talk about what they look like, what the doctor looks like, all the nurses, details about how the room looks, etc. Obviously when they're back in their body, they're blind again, but think of if it's just "brains and chemicals, or lack of oxygen"......how can a brain make a totally blind person see? This is PROOF that we have souls that leave the body. We are spirits wearing a meatsuit, like drivers inside a car. You are not your body, you are the driver. You volunteered to be here and have this life, and the study of NDE's helps us know where we came from and where we're going to. I'm reading some of these comments, and I'm seeing a mountain of ignorance and desperation to explain these NDE's away as something false. If you try to debunk NDE's, but you put no time into actually STUDYING the evidence for or against them, then you're an ignorant person who formulates opinions at the hip without ANY research into the subject. You don't believe they're true because that makes atheists feel uncomfortable. Atheists don't want any moral accountability so they dismiss NDE's away any way they can. Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you bothered to STUDY the subject, you'd find the irrefutable evidence that they're real. There's lots of NDE's where blind/deaf people (from birth) are able to see and hear amazingly during their NDE. They come back to their body blind/deaf again, but explain how "brains and chemicals" can make a blind/deaf person see/hear perfectly? There's "shared NDE's" where family members share visions of a relative who's passing right there. How can "brains and chemicals" do that? There's been cases of people on operating tables, getting brain surgery, blood totally drained from their head, ZERO brain activity (machines are actually monitoring the brain activity) but there was nothing. Yet they come back sharing details of what the doctors said/did. How's that possible for "brains and chemicals" to do that with no blood in the brain? There's other cases, where people describe things impossible to know if it's just "brains and chemicals" like seeing what clothes a relative is wearing as they're rushing to the hospital to talk to the patient before they pass. They saw what clothes the relatives were wearing and what the conversation was in the car. Many many people have seen details happening in the room/scene that can be corroborated with first responders or others that are there. Thus proving they aren't making it up, and proving they saw/heard something while their body is dead and not in a position to see or hear this detail. You can talk to any ICU or Hospice nurse and they will tell you crazy unbelievable stories they've witnessed. I'm sorry if details from NDE's scare you or don't align with what you want your world to be like. I'm sorry if you want to continue to be selfish, continue to look at porn, and just continue to sin in general. This stuff is real, and the evidence is there. If you actually STUDY NDE's without being foolish and dismissing them without studying them, then it's your problem when you eventually die and you discover they were all correct. You better correct your selfish life and turn from sin while you still can. You AREN'T going to like where you end up. God doesn't send people to Hell, they send themselves there. God provides a way OUT of it.

I have read ton of books and doc series about this event and I can't wait to see this movie. The brain is amazing organ. We don't know all of how the brain works. I feel there is some kind of cosmic connection to all of it. If you believe in God or not. All the animals on this planet know there is innate power that drives all of them. We too are driven to what? We are born, we live and then we die. What do we leave behind? I feel if our lives have more powerful positive choices those choices all have a meaning to an end. What that is is still mystery that shouldn't be solved.

At two years old, my mom found me dead and stiff. She rushed me to a hospital where she argued bitterly with a doctor who swore I was dead. To demonstrate, he tried to pop my jaw open to prove it was shut, only for it to pop open as I gasped. He later made himself a cross, "I have seen a miracle today!" I remember to this day, being escorted down a lane, my family on my left which numbered in the thousands upon thousands. I was wishing them farewell as it was my time to go. I don't remember what happened at the end, but the memory never faded. It was far too real.

I had a NDE.. The crickets melted into one sound, which sounded like the flatline on a vital monitor in an ambulance.. The industrial AC sounded like my frames per second dropping down to 0. I saw the end of humanity, everyone who ever existed or will, is here in this tunnel, formed out of their bodies in this black just, nothingness. They formed a tube of the rest of humanity and they aren't wearing any skin - the outside is just humans with their backs turned toward me - muscles exposed. One of them turned around and is now facing me, still just muscle.. He told me that the only way we humans made it to the end of everything, is because "we rose together, or else, we would've fallen apart." However there was nothing left to do at this point. The Universe .. Everything... Was ending , it was the end of all of it. They allowed me to enter the entirety of this tunnel of humanity and become part of them. Now, as I'm looking inward to this tube, I look left and I look right, and it just goes on for infinity... We were all connected, holding each other together so tightly, that not even the void of space could penetrate us. But it's still the end; So as I'm digesting what's happening, the human next to me looks at me and says, "If this is the last breath of humanity, we breathe it together." By this point, I had accepted what's going on by now... and so, I take one big final deep breath along with every other human; and we all exhale as everything fades to dark. Suddenly, there was nothing. It wasn't long, it wasn't forever, it wasn't infinite. It was just.. blank. It was Nothingness. Like trying to remember what it was like before you were born. Then after possibly eons of "nothing", a void, a total absence of everything including time itself, I remember taking and hearing my first breath. It was almost unfamiliar, I remember thinking ever so slightly, "was that a breath?" and then it happened, again, I felt second one... And then I remembered I used to be alive... But I died.. And I thought to myself "No way.. it's impossible that I'm breathing." I thought, let me try and see if I can do it a third time... If I can take a third breath, I'm not dead. I took my third breath and every other one since, even as I type this. My first thoughts were that we could be anything, we could be farmers, race car drivers, parents, mechanics, or CEOs. We can do stuff... We're not dead yet, this is not the end. Humans have what it takes to make it to the end of everything, so we need to rewire how we see ourselves. Anything is possible as long as we draw a breath. As long as we breathe, we can attempt to achieve anything, because it's not over yet.

Brains are incredible, and human brains are insanely incredible. Brains are also liars. Just read about saccades and how brains process, edit, and censor everything you see, it'll change your perspective. A person near death still receives information from their surroundings and constructs a beautiful narrative to calm the person. Everyone knows by now that death is peaceful. No matter how violent the event, your brain just starts shutting and numbing everything down. Cherish your loved ones and spend time with them while they're still alive.
@robertsmith6408 Жыл бұрын
Correct, the human brain is so complex, it releases chemicals that act as a sort of morphine before we die. It gives you that calming feeling, you can hallucinate, see relatives and feel like your flying. Its natures way of soothing us into death. I hope there is a afterlife, but i highly doubt it!
@lizaagonzi59468 ай бұрын
That doesn't explain at all how people see their loved ones in different places and also their Doctors when they have an nde..lol it's okay stay in your bubble
@TheElMuffin8 ай бұрын
@@lizaagonzi5946 I literally just offered an explanation how a brain near death is basically dreaming and will show the dying person the most comforting of images. I've spoken to 2 people who both said that being near death was peaceful, albeit they felt a bit sad about leaving people behind. If you're talking about people seeing lost loved ones then it's the same thing - if you're thinking about a lost loved one you're going to see them everywhere. There's the frequency illusion, there's also the coping mechanism, your brain offering you comforting images when you're in distress. Not everyone sees dead people by the way, I'd say it's a pretty uncommon occurrence. People cope with grief differently.

Question for Christians: Don't all these NDE reports invalidate your claim that Jesus and the Bible are the only way to God? No one who has an NDE comes back saying that Christianity is the only truth or the only way, they all say God is nonjudgmental and doesn't care what religion you follow as long as you are a good person. How do you explain that? Doesn't that disprove Christian fundamentalism and your evangelical tenets that claim that there's only "one way to God"? It's funny that many Christians endorse NDEs as evidence but they don't realize this obvious fact.
