Naw, I liked the movie too. Everyone said it sucked so bad but I enjoyed it. They have such a cute relationship and I liked them together in the movie. Even if it wasn't the best like plot wise and stuff.

You're so right, it wasn't the best plot and they aren't the best actors but there was something about it i loved! plus people moan that Will wasn't involved enough in the action but i liked the fact that his son had to become a man and fight for himself, makes it different! :)

There was something sweet about that. Had it been Will and some other kid it might have been stupid but to have it almost mirror the movie in him passing on the torch to his son and having to let go and have Jaden be the one to carry the film and the action was a nice parallel to the film.

Nah, I like both of them. Thought they were great in a lot of movies they were in just not After Earth, but not really because Jaden is a "bad" actor but more so because I just don't like the premise behind After Earth itself.

Jodie Weatherley Fight for himself? He passed out 6-7 times in a single movie. He can't act well and they gave him the leading role, and the most charismatic actor of Hollywood (that is Will) was given a role where he had NOT to convey emotions. So yeah, if you don't have a good taste in movies, simply like someone because he is cute and you can eat every piece of shit that Hollywood produces, then yes, it was a great movie, but for people who actually care about cinematography this crap will be one of the worst movies of 2013 (so glad it received all of those razzies).

I think Jaden is, deep down, a good guy. He's had to grow up in the public eye, and every kid, especially guy, goes through a "phase": he's just had to do it with everyone watching. Compared to many other male teen celebrities (cough cough Justin Bieber), Jaden is quite controlled. His dad (and mom) understands the industry, so that probably helps.
