Photoshop has a depth pass neural filter for images if anyone who is watching doesn’t own the plugin. The beauty of the depth scanner plugin though is it can also do a depth map for video.

안녕하세요~! 애초에 3D로 제작된 컨텐츠가 아닌경우 일반영상에서 뎁스맵을 뽑으면 지글거리는건 어쩔수 없습니다 ㅠ 제가 생각하기로는 깨끗하게 뽑을 수 있는 프로그램은 아직까진 없는걸로 알고있습니다 Ai가 발전 하면서면 이런 문제는 해결 될 것으로 생각합니다

Is it possible to do z depth extrusion like card dance but without the pixelisation?

It only serves to extract z-depth for normal images and videos. Depending on the resolution of the source, pixels may not be too much of a concern to the eye. Please try the demo version once. The plugin is very intuitive, so you don't have to study hard.
