If you can extract the audio of your video or voiceover, it should still work.

This is awesome! Is there anyway to keep the waveforms just in the middle? Siri seems to have most of the waveform having in the middle of the line?

You could use the liquify tool on both ends to pinch the spectrum down and add a straight line accross.

Good observation! That method works, or try adding pins and distorting it that way.

What was your error? I recommend exporting it as uncompressed as possible, then compress it after using Adobe Media Encoder or another program. Try exporting Quicktime Movie using Animation codec.
