To centre the anchor point of any shape layer or text layer you can just press CTRL+ALT+HOME. You can also temporarily activate the snapping while using the Anchor point tool by holding down the CTRL button.

Those were very good tips! Thank you very much. I have one question though in regards to the export with alpha channel from AE. Why are the colors on the exported video different than in AE? For example red YT logo is cyan in exported video.

I'm not sure as I only use the latest version of the software, After Effects 2023 from Creative Cloud. I recommend at least 32gb of ram for Ae. I'm not familiar with those graphics cards as I'm an M1 max Apple user, anyone else here that can advise?
