It's called "warp" and when you drag it on the clip change it to "reverse fisheye"

Nice tutorial dude, thanks a lot. But I have one advice for you. To avoid this laggy clip dragging (as on 7:08) u can press Caps Lock and it will disable refreshing, so u can easily drag the clip as u need and then press caps lock again to enable refreshing. Good luck m8!

Composition setting > change the composition length to whatever you want. In this case you probably want to have the composition length as the song length.

Crimsin if you haven't found the solution, if the time remap makes it go in reverse when you try to adjust it make sure you don't have it go under the initial line it starts at, like when the clip is at 0 seconds. If you make it go under it'll show (- certain speed) and That's what causes it to go in reverse. Happened to me too. And as for the song I just save what I have, then close AE and reopen it. That fixes it for me.
