Something that I think is worth acknowledging about your content Teo and I absolutely understand the obsession with perfecting the edit and abandoning other recordings due to time constraints, as someone that edits their own videos is that the deep cut edits aren't what make your content what it is... nor who you are as a person and how you and your friends are percieved in videos. The edits only help to elevate what is already so great about your channel, your personality, humour and relationships with your friends so even if your videos were stripped of those more advanced edits and flair - you'd only ever be elevating the entertainment factor by a small margin. Your channels legacy and the memories / moments your viewers remember most fondly will always be just that... "moments". Not the edits that merely enhance them 🧡

Agreed. I love the captions and funny edits, but for me the most important stuff to keep watching these videos (and I do) are kind of like this: 1. Teo or Teo & the gang + funny situations/random moments and all the interactions 2. I do love the captions, as they're stylish and I usually use captions as a non-native English speaker. Edited captions >>>>>> any other style for clarity and humor. 3. Clear/clever edits. But the point is, you could take away 2 and 3 and I'd still be here. I appreciate the work that goes into advanced editing and stuff, but in the end I'm here for personality, opinions and shittons of humor.

Its the mix of wholesomeness, the style of humour and a grain of edge that just clicks. I personally think this is a great idea… i adore your content… have been for several years now, including showing some of my closer friends your content… its become a tradition that we sit down and enjoy your videos. However….. i agree that some people dont register how much effort edits get… which is sad, but your humor, and personality is why we are here. Not just the funny edits. It's a interesting change that I really hope goes well Teo! I'd also want to thank for all the years you have been here for us. I were for many years on a very lonely and dark place in my life, without pretty much any highlights I could enjoy or look forward to. Was a bit worried due to the title and perceived content of the video but I’m actually very surprised and pleased with the outcome, Teo has been an integral of my entertainment of KZbin for a very long time and while I can remember being disappointed around times of fatigue where there wasn’t much content it was always overshadowed by the quality of the next video that’d be uploaded. I love the edits so much, not really good at editing but I think its amazing how experimental they all are. Either way I think the videos are amazing even without the edits. Love you teo and the whole crew

Good luck with the trial run Teo :) I'm interested to see how it turns out! I have noticed a lot of the high quality edits (like the skeleton) and definitely appreciate them from a viewers perspective, but I do think a lot of them have diminishing returns for the amount of time they take for the amount they improve the video. Honestly I'm fine with just tracked captions (which I think do add a lot), but whatever you choose in the end we'll support you!

I can actually really relate to this. Both the editing part, and the too high bar, honestly the entire thing. Especially as the only editor for myself, videos just do take those 2-3 weeks *each*, and the bar just goes higher and higher with tracking and animations and all that. I think I’m still personally too scared to take this kind of leap with KZbin’s current landscape, not exactly doing all too well on revenue already, but I’m very curious to see how it works out for you. Maybe it can bring confidence. Very much hope it will prove itself worth it, and really relieve the pressure all of this causes! Gonna be following closely, much love ❤

13 years of watching (I’m 24 now) I have to say Teo you as a true Artist in yourself, I’ve seen so many changes to the channel, other experiments you try and might not keep up with yet stay true to yourself and your vision. I find MoreTeo to be so underrated I can’t make ever stream, and there may not be a video I’m particularly interested in yet can go back and see so many amazing moments on all the channels. I miss Colder Milk and often go back for nostalgia. The gang has changed over 15 years yet, amazing to catch familiar faces making an appearance every so often.
