Spyfall. There is also a board game version. It's a lot of fun. There are a couple of more rules that they just left out. The spy wins also when he calls out the location for example. Btw yes/no questions aren't the key for this game :D

Okay seriously though, what would actually be so bad about living next to a Broadway Theater? It seems like EVERYONE except Flash thought it would be bad, but I really don’t get what’s wrong with it. It’s just a building. The only thing I see slightly wrong is that if it’s very popular/busy, you’ll always have a lot of commotion near your house, and the streets might often be crowded. Other than occasionally having trouble getting away from your house by car, why was Flash getting bullied?

@@axeman89757 I live one street away from a soccer stadium. It's really not that big of a problem. On a sunday or saturday you might have trouble finding a parking spot but that's about it. The fans walking by might make noise at night but it's not that big of deal, it's not like it happends everyday. And playing games in my rooms while people are cheering is really fun.

@@axeman89757 How would a Broadway Theater be noisy? It’s an enclosed building which the only sound it emits is usually a person speaking through a microphone. I really doubt you’d heard anything unless your “house” is literally the dumpster in the back of the building. Not trying to be mean, but this isn’t the kind of place you’d need to worry about sound. It’s kinda like saying modern movie theaters are noisy. It’s not like you hear the movies from outside an AMC or Regal, Y’know?
