you are made for this kind of work..(No gym bag - since i got a homegym..but we got 2 of the same as you, in the brand of Better Bodies. but we prefer Under Armour, wich is less- complicated, when we are out on a travel.

Highly recommend the ghost chalk from spider chalk. It’s an invisible chalk. Really even less mess than liquid chalk. I use ghost chalk frequently at home.

I was on a road trip and had a chance to check out a pretty cool gym, so why not. Hadn't thought of a towel but that would have been a good idea

No knee sleeves on leg day? Brave man! Question…. Have you ever tried any preworkouts from DarkLabs? If you haven’t, you must! I too workout in my own gym so no need for a gym bag. I probably have 5 or 6 backpacks from my days in the military. I am sure one of those would do the trick if I even did go back to a local gym. Have a great week my friend.

@@briand5047 well my fault for somehow forgetting it but it was a private gym and I gave them my information for when it turned up. So either someone stole it when I wasn't looking or someone found it and thought it was worth keeping.
