I was happy to see that you saw the beauty in the old trees and turned them into a centerpiece rather than cut them down. I’ve found it fascinating to watch how all the different fire places for woks have been made. Insulating them with clay is brilliant. Every time I see bamboo being hardened with fire, I worry that they will become a bomb, by the steam building up in the center and creating too much pressure… of course you know how to do it and I do not😄
