Here is a well, VERY awesome recipe for cooking fish! When we cooked it, we were surprised by the flavor ourselves.
mackerel: 500g | 18oz
red onion: 1 pc
garlic: 2 cloves
feta cheese: 60g | 2.1oz
tomatoes in their own juice: 1 can
fresh basil and origano by a sprig
olive oil: 1 tbsp
FRY OVER MEDIUM HEAT
red hot pepper: 0.25 tsp
ground white pepper: 0.25 tsp.
salt: 1 tsp.
white dry wine: 50ml | 1.7us fl oz
FRY OVER MEDIUM HEAT 10 MIN
IN THE OVEN 200 °C (392 °F) 20 MIN
rucolla for serving
